The Florida Senate held Session on Thursday, April 16, and acted on the following insurance related bills:
- SB 1432 relating to Insurance Premiums by Senator Ronda Storms (R-Brandon)
- Update: SB 1432 was substituted by HB 741 relating to Insurance Premium Financing by State Representative Pat Patterson (D-Deland), which the Florida House of Representatives PASSED (39Y-0N) on April 16. - CS/SB 742 relating to Sinkhole Losses by the Senate Committee on Banking and Insurance and Senator Mike Fasano (R-New Port Richey)
