As a Trial Attorney, Ms. Aldeguer has the distinction of appearing in every Circuit Court in every County in the State of Florida.

Ms. Aldeguer also has extensive experience in the private sector, as Insurance Defense Attorney, handling primarily Personal Injury cases as well as Foreclosure Litigation representing major financial institutions in creditor/foreclosure disputes. Jessica became Managing Attorney of the Junior/Subordinate Mortgage department, and in her most recent position, she was an Insurance Defense Litigation Attorney handling Personal Injury Protection and First Party Property cases.

While in law school, Ms. Aldeguer was a Certified Legal Intern for the 17th Judicial Circuit State Attorney’s Office, Domestic Violence Unit. After graduating and becoming a member of the Florida Bar, Ms. Aldeguer began her law career as Assistant State Attorney in the State Attorney’s Office of the 17th Judicial Circuit, Misdemeanor Trial Unit. There, she successfully managed battery, DUIs, drug possession, and theft cases and sat first and second chair for jury trials and achieved multiple guilty verdicts.

Ms. Aldeguer attended the University of Central Florida, Bachelor of Science in Legal Studies, Specialization in Trial Advocacy and Litigation, graduating in May 2009 and earned her Juris Doctorate in May 2012 from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad Law School.
