FPCA: SCHIP Mandatory Insurer Reporting Update–September 19

The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services has released a report with updated information on Section 111 of the Medicare, Medicaid, and SCHIP Extension Act of 2007 (“SCHIP”).
The report, entitled “Transitioning Into Section 111 Reporting” contains information for use by Existing Insurer Voluntary Data Sharing Agreement and Voluntary Data Exchange Agreement data sharing partners.
