Florida Property and Casualty Association Homeowners Division Members:
Attached is a copy of draft language on the Florida Hurricane Catastrophe Fund. The draft language would lower the FHCF retention to $5.3 billion; lower the FHCF claims-paying capacity to $15 billion; and eliminate the rapid cash build up factor.
