Florida Hurricane Catastrophe Fund Advisory Council Expected to Approve Changes to Insurer Reporting Requirements Rules at February 23 Meeting

At its February 23, 2011 meeting, the Florida Hurricane Catastrophe Fund (“FHCF”) Advisory Council is expected to approve the filing of a Notice of Change for proposed Rules 19-8.029, “Insurer Reporting Requirements,” and 19-8.030, “Insurer Responsibilities,” and to file these proposed Rules and their incorporated forms for adoption as amended.  FHCF Chief Operating Officer Jack Nicholson is also scheduled to give his regular report.
