Supreme Court Opinion & Articles re PIP 6/01/06

Today the Supreme Court released an opinion ruling that offers of judgment are applicable in actions for personal injury protection benefits, however, the Court found that the offer of judgment in the underlying case was defective. Attached you will find a copy of the opinion. Also attached are copies of newspaper articles regarding Governor Bush’s veto of the bill that would have extended the sunset for No Fault insurance until January 1, 2009.
