House of Representatives Property Insurance Package & Senate Bill 2114 05/02/06

Yesterday the House passed its property insurance package with only minor amendments, which have been incorporated into the bill. A copy of the bill is attached. Today, the Senate passed SB 2114 relating to motor vehicle insurance, a copy of which is attached. The bill will be received by the House, and we will provide further updates as they occur.
