FLIC Request for Support of a No-Fault/PIP Sunset

With Florida’s no-fault/PIP laws slated to sunset if no action is taken during the 2007 Legislative Session, Doug McAlarney, Executive Director of Floridians for Lower Insurance Costs (FLIC) has written the enclosed letter in support of a sunset.
The letter expresses support for a no-fault/PIP sunset, opposes a sunset extension, and states that a sunset may result in consumer savings.
At your earliest convenience, please review the letter and advise me or Katie Scott directly if you feel it accurately reflects FPCA’s position on the issue.
