Insurance Company Tied to Patriot National Agrees to be Acquired

Ashmere Insurance Co.’s Parent Company, which is majority owned by Patriot National’s Former CEO and majority shareholder Steven Mariano, announced on November 21 that it plans to be acquired by Bedrock Insurance Group Holdings. Florida’s Heritage to Acquire Rhode Island’s Narragansett Bay Insurance

Heritage Insurance Holdings Inc. (Heritage), a Clearwater, Fla.-Headquartered Property and Casualty Insurance Holding Company, has secured Regulatory Approval from the Insurance Division of the Rhode Island Department of Business Regulation to proceed with its Acquisition of NBIC Holdings Inc.  Insurance Journal reports.
