Office of Insurance Regulation Workshop re Rule 690-137.001 2006 NAIC Quarterly & Annual Statement Instructions 3/10/2006

On March 8, 2006, an Office of Insurance Regulation (OIR) workshop was scheduled regarding Rule 690-137.001 relating to the 2006 NAIC Quarterly & Annual Statement Instructions and NAIC’s Accounting Practices and Procedures Manual, as well as Rule 690-138.001 relating to the NAIC 2006 Financial Condition Examiners Handbook.
There was no public request for this workshop to take place and therefore the workshop was not held. OIR will next schedule a public hearing regarding the Rules, and in the case that no public request is made for the hearing to take place, the Rules will be filed with the Financial Services Commission for approval.
