A Rule Development Workshop has been scheduled for September 15, 2015 to discuss proposed amendments to Rule 19-8.010, F.A.C. relating to the Florida Hurricane Catastrophe Fund Reimbursement Contract requirements for the 2016-2017 Contract Year.
The September 15 Workshop, which takes place in Tallahassee from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m., is also open to interested parties via teleconference. To participate, dial (888) 670-3525 and enter conference code 7135858151.

Rule 19-8.010, F.A.C. was most recently amended on June 2, 2015 to adopt Form 2015K-2, Amendment No. 1 that enables parties to the 2015-2016 Reimbursement Contract to correct a scrivener’s error in the definition of “retention multiple.”
The current Reimbursement Contract is effective from June 1, 2015 through May 31, 2016.
