The Senate Banking and Insurance Committee ("Committee") has released its agenda for the Wednesday, February 6, 2008 meeting. Below is the agenda.
Staff presentations will be given and public testimony will be taken on the following interim projects:
- Regulation of Money Services Transmitters (Interim Project 2008-101)
- The Effect of Mandating Coverage for Mental and Nervous Disorders (Interim Project 2008-103)
- Interim Project 2008-204 — Open Government Sunset Review of section 626.97411, F.S., Credit Scoring Methodologies
The Committee will also discuss Proposed Committee Bill ("PCB") 7042:Open Government Sunset Review/Reports by Insurers. This Proposed Bill reenacts a specified provision relating to reports by insurers to the OIR which contain credit scoring methodologies and related data that are trade secrets.
