Representative Kriseman Requests A Special Session To Address PIP

Earlier this afternoon, Representative Rick Kriseman delivered a letter to Governor Charlie Crist, requesting that a special session be called to address the impending sunset of PIP. Representative Kriseman is proposing a one-day special session to extend PIP for one year, without any reforms, to enable the Legislature to fully address the issue during the 2008 Legislative Session.
