Reminder: FPCA Homeowners Division Meetings Scheduled for December 12 and December 13

The FPCA Homeowners Division will be meeting with the Governor’s office, Citizens Property Insurance Corporation, the Florida Hurricane Catastrophe Fund, and the Office of Insurance Regulation on tomorrow, December 12 and Thursday, December 13, in Tallahassee, FL.
Agendas for the meetings, as well as minutes from the November 30, 2012 meeting, are attached. Also attached are the talking points regarding the FPCA Homeowners Division’s position on the Secure Enterprises, LLC. v. Office of Insurance Regulation case, the creation of a “brokerage platform” for Citizens Property Insurance Corporation, and the Florida Hurricane Catastrophe Fund.
