The Florida Office of Insurance Regulation has issued a Notice of Proposed Rule for Rule Number: Rule Title 69O-167.004: Required Preinsurance Inspection of Private Passenger Motor Vehicles
The purpose of the proposed Rule is to adopt amendments to the rule to reflect legislative changes and update forms.
