Nonadmitted Insurance Multi-State Agreement (NIMA) Governing Committee To Vote On Final Agreement Amendments, State of Incorporation

The Nonadmitted Insurance Multi-State Agreement (“NIMA”) Governing Committee will hold a conference call today, September 13, 2011 at 3:30pm (ET).
The agenda, a copy of which is attached for review, includes a final vote on amendments to the NIMA agreement, and in what state that NIMA, Inc. should be incorporated. A discussion on the taxation of foreign risks is also planned.
The call is expected to last approximately one hour.
Interested parties will need to pre-register for the call by visiting National Association of Insurance Commissioners (“NAIC”)Reservation page at https://services.choruscall.com/client/naic/registration/. (The following information will be required: name, credit card information, conference name, date, time, and conductor’s name. Approximately 10 minutes prior to the call dial 412-317-6715. Interested parties will be credit card billed for the actual amount of time they participate on the call and a handling fee. The long distance charges will be billed through the interested party’s long distance carrier.)
