Governor Crist appoints Eduardo Balbis to the Florida Public Service Commission

Governor Charlie Crist today announced the following interim appointment: Public Service Commission
- Eduardo Balbis, 38, of West Palm Beach, assistant city administrator for the City of West Palm Beach, succeeding Nancy Argenziano. This appointment is effective November 24, 2010, for a term ending January 1, 2011.
