National Association of Insurance Commissioners (NAIC) Surplus Lines Requirements Subgroup to Discuss Regulatory Uniformity On Unauthorized Insurer Eligibility at March 7 Meeting

The Surplus Lines Requirements Subgroup of the National Association of Insurance Commissioners’ (“NAIC”) Surplus Lines Task Force is scheduled to meet via teleconference on March 7, 2013, to discuss draft suggestions for promoting improved regulatory uniformity with regard to unauthorized insurer eligibility.

Interested parties can register for the meeting, which will begin at 12:00 p.m. (ET), by clicking here.  Please dial (412) 902-6510 to join the call and ask for the NAIC/Surplus Lines Requirements Subgroup conference call.  Once you reach an operator, provide your name, company affiliation and Interested Party (IP) Code.
