House of Representatives Temporarily Postponed PIP Bill HB 7263 4/27/06

The House of Representatives temporarily postponed consideration of the PIP bill today (HB 7263). At this time, the bill has not been re-calendared. We sucessfully filed a strike-everything amendment that would incorporate several litigation controls into the bill, including the amendments contained in the latest version of the PCI draft. We will continue to keep you updated as this bill develops.
