FPCA Auto Divsion Meeting Today; April 13 General Meeting Recap

A general meeting of the Florida Property and Casualty Association’s (“FPCA”) Auto Division members was held April 13, 2007.
A legislative status report was given, which entailed discussion on potential strategic alliances, outcomes and concerns regarding the PIP/no-fault sunset and other issues.
The advisability of filing an amicus brief in support of Progressive Insurance Company in Progressive v. Rural Metro Corp. was discussed and a vote was requested by the following meeting.
