  • Florida Office of Insurance Regulation (“OIR”) Rule Development Workshop; 69O-137.001: Annual and Quarterly Reporting Requirement; 9:30 a.m. Rule amendments would adopt the 2010 National Association of Insurance Commissioners (“NAIC”) Quarterly Statement Instructions and 2010 NAIC accounting practices and procedures manual.   • OIR Rule Development Workshop; 69O-138.001 NAIC Financial Condition Examiners Handbook Adopted (“Handbook”); 9:30 a.m.  By adopting the newest version of the NAIC Handbook, the proposed Rule ensures that the procedures used by the OIR to examine insurers are the current generally accepted accounting.  To view the meeting notice, click here.
