Following are recent updates from the Florida Hurricane Catastrophe Fund (“FHCF”):

 

Hearing Scheduled on FHCF Insurer Reporting Requirements and Responsibilities

A teleconference on FHCF proposed Rules 19-8.029, entitled “Insurer Reporting Requirements,” and 19-8.030, “Insurer Responsibilities,” has been tentatively scheduled for April 17, 2015 at 1:30 p.m. for the FHCF Advisory Council to review related comments if any member of the public requests the hearing.

FHCF Publishes Coverage Selections and Premium Calculations
