Florida Hurricane Catastrophe Fund Advisory Council re Rule Hearing 3/22/2006

Please see the below information provided by the Florida Hurricane Catastrophe Fund (FHCF) Advisory Council regarding a rule hearing the Council held on March 20, 2006:

The rule hearing for Rules 19-8.010 (Reimbursement Contract); 19-8.012 (Exemption/Ineligibility), 19-8.013 (Revenue Bonds), 19-8.029 (Reporting Requirements) and 19-8.030 (Insurer Responsibilities) was held on Monday, March 20, 2006. There were no comments on any of the rules or the incorporated forms. Therefore, no changes have been made to either the rules or the forms since they were reviewed by the Advisory Council and approved for adoption. The Chair has determined that the conference call meeting scheduled for March 23, 2006 is not needed and has been cancelled. The FHCF plans to take these rules and incorporated forms to the Trustees on April 4, 2006, to request permission to adopt.
