Florida Hurricane Catastrophe Fund 2016-2017 Reimbursement Premium Formula Effective May 18, 2016

Regulations for the Florida Hurricane Catastrophe Fund 2016-2017 Reimbursement Premium Formula take effect tomorrow, May 18, 2016.

In accordance with Section 215.555(5), Florida Statutes, the amended Rule 19-8.028, F.A.C., entitled “Reimbursement Premium Formula,” makes editorial and grammatical revisions from last year’s version.  The Notice includes the following references:
