The Florida Department of Management Services (“DMS”), Agency for Workforce Innovation has issued a Notice of Rulemaking Development regarding the following Rule that relates to the reporting format required by the United States Department of Labor Bureau of Labor Statistics Multiple Worksite Report for Professional Employer Organizations:
- 60BB-2.025: Reports Required of Liable Employers; Filing of Reports by Electronic Means
If a Rule Development Workshop is requested in writing and not deemed unnecessary by the agency head, one will be held at the date, time, and place shown below:
