Confidentiality Agreement Required to Receive Sunshine State Insurance Estate Data

Parties interested in receiving data related to the Sunshine State Insurance Company estate must sign and return a Confidentiality Agreement.
The Confidentiality Agreement can be accessed from the Receiver’s Web site using the following hyperlink:

Once completed, the Confidentiality Agreement should be returned to Michael.Connolly@myfloridacfo.com and we have been advised that the information will be provided electronically shortly thereafter.
