Florida Governor Charlie Crist and the Cabinet (“Cabinet”) will meet on Tuesday, July 28, starting at 9:00 a.m. in the Cabinet Meeting Room, Lower Level, The Capitol, Tallahassee. Insurance-related Rules scheduled to be discussed as part of the OIR agenda include:

- 69O-164.040: Determining Reserve Liabilities for Preneed Life Insurance
