Our team handles cases in all state and federal trial and appellate courts, with significant experience in the Third and Fourth District Courts of Appeal, where insurance litigation is especially active.
We also work closely with the firm’s regulatory, transactional, and government relations attorneys, giving clients an integrated perspective on the legal, operational, and policy issues that shape insurance disputes.
We address coverage and claims issues daily and have extensive experience with first-party and third-party litigation, bad faith allegations, assignment of benefits, and fraudulent claims.
