Justin Arnold is a Partner at Colodny Fass, focusing on first-party property insurance defense. He represents insurers in complex coverage disputes and oversees a team of associates dedicated to this area. With experience spanning commercial litigation, medical malpractice defense, railroad litigation (FELA), and policyholder representation in property insurance claims, Justin brings a well-rounded perspective that strengthens his advocacy for clients.
He earned his J.D. from American University’s Washington College of Law and a B.A. in Public Relations from the University of Florida. He is admitted to practice in Florida and before the United States District Court for the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida.
A Miami native, Justin lives in the North Miami area with his wife and son.
