Justin is a Partner at Colodny Fass who represents insurers in complex coverage disputes and leads a team of attorneys dedicated to this work. His practice includes first-party property litigation, commercial litigation, medical malpractice defense, and railroad (FELA) matters.
Justin’s experience also includes representing policyholders in property insurance claims, providing him with a balanced and practical perspective on coverage analysis and litigation strategy. He works closely with insurers on complex dispute resolution matters.
Prior to joining Colodny Fass, Justin handled a wide range of civil matters in state and federal courts, including commercial disputes, professional liability claims, and insurance litigation.
