The Washington State Office of the Insurance Commissioner has repealed e following chapter of the Washington Administrative Code: W.A.C. 284-48-010 entitled “License status of creditors under credit group policies–Commissions.”
The purpose of this rulemaking is to repeal W.A.C. 284-48-010 because it is no longer necessary.
Revised Code of Washington (“RCW”) 48.17.060 and chapter 48.34 RCW, which WAC 284-48-010 relates to, are in place and serve as necessary tools for regulatory and enforcement purposes.
