On Saturday, April 21, 2007, Representative Ellyn Bogdanoff, the House Majority Whip, released the latest House version of the personal injury protection legislation.
We expect that this legislation will be heard in the Rules and Calendar Council on Monday, April 23, in the afternoon.
Written comments on the bill must be submitted to Representative Bogdanoff by Sunday, April 22, 2007 at 12:00 pm.
