State of Washington Adopts Rules Establishing Crop Adjuster Licensing and Education Requirements in Response to 2010 Legislation

Pursuant to a law enacted in 2010, the Washington State Insurance Commissioner is required to adopt regulations establishing licensing and education requirements for crop adjusters.
The new Rules, effective June 27, 2011, relate to crop adjuster pre-licensing education, examination, continuing education requirements and license renewal.
