State of Florida seeks hold on restoring felons’ voting rights

State of Florida officials asked a federal judge to put on hold his order demanding that a new process be in place by April 26 for restoring felon’s voting rights in Florida.  Gatehouse Media’s John Kennedy reports for the Panama City News-Herald.
