State Farm Form Filings

State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company and State Farm Fire and Casualty Company recently received approval from the Florida Office of Insurance Regulation (“OIR”) for its form filings as listed below. 

These endorsements were filed in anticipation of the sunset of the Florida Motor Vehicle No-Fault Law effective October 1, 2007.

• 6127HH.1 – Amendatory Endorsement, State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company
• 6127AB.1 – Amendatory Endorsement (Recreational Vehicle)

State Farm will issue Endorsement 6127HH.1 with its auto policies to replace endorsements 6127HH, 6910.3 and 6926GG.

These endorsements are intended to apply after the sunset of Florida’s No-Fault statutes.
