Revisions to Hurricane Loss Reporting Provisions To Be Considered at April 17 Rule Hearing

On April 17, 2007, the Financial Services Commission, Office of Insurance Regulation (OIR) will hold a Second Public Hearing on proposed new Rule 69O-142.015, Florida Administrative Code. The subject of the hearing is to consider revisions to the hurricane loss reporting provisions of the proposed Rule to conform to the legislation adopted by the Florida Legislature during its Special Session held in January, 2007.
This is a public hearing to which all persons are invited.� We will send a representative to the hearing and provide a report of the proceedings.
