Proposed Rule Development: FHCF Reimbursement Contract Addendum Four

The Florida State Board of Administration, on behalf of theÂ Florida Hurricane Catastrophe Fund (“FHCF”)Â has issued a Notice of Proposed Rule for Rule 19-8.010: Reimbursement Contract.

The FHCF is seeking to implement changes made to Section 215.555, Florida Statutes, during the 2008 Florida Legislative session by adding a fourth addendum to the FHCF Reimubursement ContractÂ that would extend the $10 million FHCF optional coverage.
THE FULL TEXT OF THE PROPOSED RULE IS:
19-8.010 Reimbursement Contract.
(1) through (13) No change.
(14) The reimbursement contract for the 2008-2009 contract year, including all Addenda, required by Section 215.555(4), F.S., which is called Form FHCF-2008K â€“ â€œReimbursement Contractâ€ or â€œContractâ€ between (name of insurer) (the â€œCompanyâ€)/NAIC #( ) and The State Board of Administration of the State of Florida (â€œSBAâ€) which administers the Florida Hurricane Catastrophe Fund (â€œFHCFâ€), rev. 05/08, is hereby adopted and incorporated by reference into this rule. This contract is effective from June 1, 2008 through May 31, 2009.
