OIR Public Hearing Scheduled for April 17 on Reasonableness of Benefits in Relation to Premium

The Florida Office of Insurance Regulation has announced a final public hearing pertaining to the adoption of proposed amendments to Rule 69O-149.005 regarding the Reasonableness of Benefits in Relation to Premium.
The hearing will be held April 17, 2007, at 9:00 a.m. during a regular meeting of the Financial Services Commission in the Cabinet Meeting Room, Lower Level, The Capitol, Tallahassee, Florida.
We will have representatives at the hearing and provide a report of the proceedings.
