OIR Postpones Auto-Owners Public Hearing

The following information was just released by the Florida Office of Insurance Regulation (“OIRâ€) regarding the postponement of the Auto-Owners Public Hearing:

WHAT:Â Â AUTO-OWNERS PUBLIC HEARING POSTPONED
WHEN:Â Â Hearing was scheduled to take place Friday, Oct. 26 at 9:30 a.m.
WHERE:Â Senate Office Building, Room 401, at the Capitol
WHY:Â Â Â The Office of Insurance Regulation is continuing to receive an extensive amount of documents from Auto-Owners in response to the subpoenas and has determined that it will need more time to complete a proper review and to ensure that the hearing is meaningful.
A new hearing date has not been set.
