The Florida Department of Community Affairs, Division of Housing and Community Development has issued a Notice of Proposed Rule Hearing regarding Rule Number: Rule Title 9B-3.0475: Mitigation Retrofits Required.
The purpose of the meeting is to modify, enhance and clarify cost-effective means to incorporate mitigation-related elements in existing buildings that are subject to permitted work.
