NAIC’s Aug. 2007 SERFF Issue

Aug 12, 2007

The National Association of Insurance Commissiners’ “SERFF” (System for Electronic Rate and Form Filing) system is designed to provide a cost-effective method of handling insurance policy rate and form filings between regulators and insurance companies.  SERFF improves the efficiency of the rate and form filing and approval process and reduces the time and cost involved in making regulatory filings. It also provides up-to-date filing requirements when needed.

The most recent edition of the SERFF newsletter is enclosed for your review.
