After approving draft copies of key documents related to the Nonadmitted and Reinsurance Reform Act of 2010 and the Nonadmitted Multi-State Agreement (“NIMA”) at its June 10, 2011 teleconference meeting, the National Association of Insurance Commissioners (“NAIC”) Surplus Lines Implementation Task Force subsequently published the final versions.
