Law Firm Holds Post-Hurricane Conference In Tampa

“After the 2004 Hurricane Season” attended by Legislators and Execs

FORT LAUDERDALE/TAMPA, FL – The total costs for the four hurricanes that hit Florida this year in rapid succession will likely exceed Hurricane Andrew’s $22 billion tab. Assessing this reality was the agenda on December 9th when insurance regulatory and government affairs law firm Colodny Fass sponsored a special conference titled “After the 2004 Hurricane Season” for insurance executives.

Attendees spent the day at the Grand Hyatt in Tampa discussing the state of the industry. The purpose of the event was to outline the impact of the storms and discuss potential answers to the problems and challenges that have resulted. Offering their expertise were:

A Legislative panel that included The Honorable J.D.
