To alert health insurance carriers, independent review organizations and administrators for single employer self-funded ERISA employee benefit plans to important changes to the Idaho Health Carrier External Review Act (Title 41, Chapter 59 of the Idaho Code), the Idaho Department of Insurance has issued Bulletin 11-04, which is attached.
