FWCJUA Board of Governors Meeting: Feb. 22

The Florida Workers Compensation Joint Underwriting Association (“FWCJUA”) will hold its next Board of Governors meeting on Friday, February 22, 2008.

Topics to be discussed at the meeting will include a legislative update, and committee reports from the Operations and Rates and Forms Committees on a service provider fee adjustment proposal; the service provider selection process; disaster recovery matters; document management and retention; reserves; and rates.
