FPCA Property Division Meeting Recap; April 27 Agenda

A General Meeting of the Florida Property and Casualty Association’s Property Division (“FPCA”) was held at on April 24, 2007 via teleconference. Mr. Karlinsky updated the Association on the status of the commercial self-insurance fund bill.
Although this meeting was called for purposes of voting on whether the FPCA should engage in an effort to defeat this bill, after brief discussion, it was agreed not to take any action with respect to the bill at this time.
