FPCA Homeowners Division: Comments Requested on CS/SB 1714 Amendment to Allow Citizens Takeouts by Eligible Surplus Lines Insurers

Florida Property and Casualty Association Members:
An amendment filed to CS/SB 1714 by the Senate Committee on Budget and Senator Alan Hays would allow eligible surplus lines insurers to participate in Citizens Property Insurance Corporation takeout and depopulation programs.
A copy of the amendment is attached for review.
