FPCA Homeowners Division: Comments on Proposed Public Hurricane Loss Projection Model Fee Rule Requested By August 17

The Florida Property Casualty Association (“FPCA”) requests member comments on proposed Rule 69O-170.0144, entitled “Public Hurricane Loss Projection Model Fee Schedule.”
The proposed Rule would amend the current statutory fee schedule for residential property insurers to access and use the Florida Public Hurricane Loss Projection Model. To view the current fee, click on the Rule number above.

A Rule Development Workshop on the issue is scheduled to be held on Thursday, August 20, at 2:00 p.m. in Room 142 of the Larson Building, 200 East Gaines Street, Tallahassee.
