FPCA Automobile Division – Member Review and Comment Requested

At the FPCA Automobile Division meeting held on Friday, May 21, the Members discussed creating a timeline and a list of issues to prepare for the 2011 and 2012 Florida Legislative Sessions. Accordingly, the following documents are attached: (1) draft timeline; (2) draft list of issues; (3) draft proposal to cap PIP attorneys’ fees; (4) current workers’ compensation statute limiting attorneys’ fees; and (5) May vs. Shall proposals.
