The attached February 5 meeting materials include a new draft of State Representative Bryan Nelson’s fraud bill, which was released on February 3, 2010, an FPCA member suggestion to improve the bill, and legislative proposals regarding failure to collect copayments and deductibles and the “may vs. shall” issue in 627.736(5).
