FPCA Automobile Division: Florida Senator Mike Fasano Files Bill To Increase Penalty for Leaving the Scene of Vehicle Crashes Involving Injury

Florida Property and Casualty Association Automobile Division Members:
Senate Bill 286 relating to Vehicle Crashes Resulting in Personal Injury has been filed by Senator Mike Fasano. At this time, the bill would increase the penalty for leaving the scene of an accident involving an injury from a third-degree felony to a second-degree felony.
